IOPC: Harshit Sanghi wins The Crown, Bhanu Prakash topped the 1CR LB

The much awaited IOPC on Spartan Poker is back! Packed with an incredible 25 Crores worth of guarantees in 113 events, the IOPC lives up to its name and attracts the best in the country. The winner of the main event, The Crown, will receive, not a medal, but an actual physical Crown!

The players get a chance to fight for the huge Leaderboard worth 1 Crore as well throughout the entirety of the event. During the two weeks of IOPC 2020, a total of 113 events are scheduled with buy-ins ranging from ₹550 to ₹1.10 Lakhs!

IOPC #115 6L GTD (RE)

The very first tournament of the day drew a total of 429 entries including re-entries and rebuy. ‘catwinflips’ emerged victorious in the tournament to claim the IOPC title for ₹1,29,022. Like most of the IOPC, the number of entries were able to crush the guarantee and made a prize pool of ₹6,43,500. The prize pool was collected by top 39 places with a min-cash of ₹4,440.

IOPC #116 5L GTD Monsterstack (RE)

The ₹880 buy-in event received a total of 730 entries(including reentries and rebuys) and created a prize pool of ₹5,84,000, matching the guarantee. With a total of 71 places paid and a min cash of ₹2,219. Sethuram ‘Setherson8’ Kannan claimed the title for ₹83,315. Jeevan ‘Jeevan123’ Kumar finished second for a payout of  ₹81,291.

IOPC #117 Sunday Superstack 60L GTD (RE)

The IOPC #117 Sunday SuperStack 60L GTD (RE) received a total of 1,184 entries (including rebuys). ‘Rolling1’ outlasted the field and shipped the event for a payout of ₹11,30,000. Another anonymous player, ‘GoldSpot’ finished second for a payout of ₹6,87,600.

IOPC #118 5L GTD Destiny SNG

The IOPC #118 5L GTD Destiny SNG was a Ticket event and had a payout for the top 3 players only. It was Siddarth ‘PeterPunter’ Singhvi who shipped the event for a payout of ₹2,50,000 after beating Ankit ‘Shippament’  Wadhavan who earned a payout of ₹1,50,000. Anirudh ‘flash’ Reddy finished in 3rd place and earned himself  ₹1,00,000.

IOPC #119 6.5L GTD (RE)

The IOPC #119 6.5L GTD (RE) had a buy-in of ₹1,100 and received a total of 623 entries (including reentries and rebuys) which was enough to crush the big guarantee. It was ‘American Airlines’ who shipped the event for a payout of ₹1,08,439 after beating ‘Timeghoul’ who earned a payout of ₹97,611. A prize pool of ₹6,50,000 was collected by the top 55 players with a min payout of ₹3,185. 

IOPC #120 Main Event 3 Crores GTD The Crown Day 2 

The final Day 2 of the IOPC Main Event The Crown 3 Crores GTD was played out yesterday as well. The fantastic multi-day event received a total of 535 survivors who made their way into Day 2 by surviving the multiple flights before. An incredible prize pool of ₹4,08,10,000 was distributed amongst the top 495 players with a min. cash of ₹24,078. A three-way deal took place between the final 3 players which saw Harshit ‘HeroCaller’ Sanghi shipping the event for an incredible payout of ₹47,33,618, followed by Kunal ‘Alex52’ Bhatia and Sumit ‘Sands Myth’ Sapra who finished second and third respectively for payouts of ₹42,36,027 and ₹32,33,301. IOPC #121 Big Daddy 15L GTD

The IOPC #121 15L GTD Big Daddy (RE) was the final prize on offer for the IOPC 2020. It had a buy-in of ₹2,200 and was shipped by Satish ‘Jaqkten’ Ananth for a payout of ₹2,18,619 after beating ‘dancingshrimp’ who earned a payout of ₹1,99,789.
