Jayjit Ray and Nishant Sharma Wins Of APT Online Series Day 6

Day 6 of the Asian Poker Tour Online Series India was played out last night. Let’s check out who all made it big last night and earned big payouts after an intense Day 6!

APT#26 2 LAC GTD

Day 6 started off with a 2 Lakhs GTD event for a buy-in of INR 550. The tournament received a total of 494 entries (244 entries+250 re-entries), creating a total prize pool of INR 2,47,000, 63 places paid with a min. cash of INR 913. Himanshu ‘hdwivedi3’ Dwivedi won his first APT title and shipped the event after beating ‘urindangerrr’ who finished the event in second place. ‘Hdwivedi’ entered the final table with a massive chip lead, lost it briefly, then busted 3 players and by the time we got the final heads-up, he had an unassailable 7:1 chip lead over ‘urindangerrr’. Dwivedi ended it quickly with A♠ K♠ over A♦ 4♣ on a board 5♦ A♥ 6♠ 8♦ 9♦. Himanshu Dwivedi earned himself a payout of INR 47,992 for shipping the event while ‘urindangerrr’ earned INR 33,641 for second place!

APT#27 Turbo 7 LAC GTD

The second event of APT Day 6 played out last night was the Turbo 7 Lakhs GTD event. The tournament received a total of 412 entries (227 entries+185 re-entries) creating a prize pool of INR 7,00,000! This resulted in 45 places being paid with a min. cash of INR 3,920. Shubham ‘kalalund’ Bhashker also earned his first APT title! He shipped this massive event by beating Vikranth ‘borntrouble’ Varma in the final heads-up. ‘kalalund’ earned himself INR 1,47,000 for shipping the event while Vikranth Varma had to settle for INR 1,02,900!

APT#28 Wednesday Major 20 LAC GTD

The third event of APT Day 5 the massive Wednesday Major 20 Lakhs GTD event. The tournament received a total of 529 entries (258 entries+271 re-entries) creating a prize pool of INR 26,45,000! This resulted in 63 places being paid with a min. cash of INR 9,786. Jayjit ‘england’ Ray shipped the massive event by beating Palash ‘nutshainbro’ Nandwani in the final heads-up. Nandwani entered heads up just slightly behind england. From there, the chip lead bounced back and forth. England won a big pot that widened his lead. The final hand arrived with pocket Fives dominating pocket Threes. Jayjit ‘england’ Ray earned himself a trophy as well as a massive payout of INR 5,13,923‘nutshainbro’ earned the second place payout of INR 3,60,249!

APT#29 Main Event 2CR GTD Day 1A

The 2 Crores GTD Main Event is finally underway at PokerBaazi! This event was the main attraction of Day 6 of the Asian Poker Tour as well. The featured tournament of the day received a total of 354 entries at a buy-in of INR 11,000! A total of 39 survivors were able to make it to level 27 and earned their places in the Day2 of the Main Event! Nishant ‘nishant177’ Sharma took the chip lead from Day1a into Day2 of the Main Event with a massive stack of 3.18L chips, followed by Kartik ‘TheInternetKid’ Ved who finished second in chips with a stack of 3.15L chips.

APT#30 (4 Max) Hyper 3 LAC GTD

The final event of Day 6 of the series was the 4-Max Hyper 3L GTD event for a buy-in of INR 825, the tournament received a total of 456 entries, creating a total prize pool of INR 3,42,000! With 54 places paid and a min. cash of INR 1,573, Vikranth ‘borntrouble’ Varma beat Akshay ‘akshayp’ Pathak in the final heads-up to ship the event.
