Spartan Poker hosted their second edition of The Millionaire United with a massive 1CR. GTD up for grabs. The tournament received a total of 1407 entries (682 unique + 297 re-entries + 428 rebuys) across two flights, a little less than the 1746 entries which the first edition achieved, which resulted in the tournament falling ₹1.51 Lakhs short of its guarantee.
Regular site player ‘lolthisguy’ shipped the event for a huge payout of ₹14.86 Lakhs! Arsh ‘BigggTymeR’ Grover finished runner-up, continuing his insane over the last few weeks. He earned himself a payout of ₹11.41 Lakhs! The final day of the PokerBaazi Monthly Value Series saw some huge tournaments yesterday. The biggest of them all was the 50L GTD PMVS Main Event SuperStack! The tournament received 563 unique entries and 437 re-entiries. Guneet ‘guntz’ Kwatra shipped the main event by beating Ankit ‘akj290’ Jajodia heads-up at the final table. They both earned huge payouts of ₹8.61 Lakhs and ₹6.03 Lakhs respectively.
Adda52 hosted Day 2 of one of their biggest guarantees yet. The 2CR. GTD AOPS Main Event 1937 entries across six flights. But those weren’t enough to cover a ₹6.30 Lakhs overlay. Adda52 has been under a lot of scrutiny by the Indian poker community with a lot of regulars boycotting their website due to some serious allegations about their rake systems.
The tournament was shipped by ‘autobot93’ who earned himself a gargantuan payout of ₹50 Lakhs! Sanket ‘cowboy12’ Jain was the runner-up and received a payout of ₹26 Lakhs. PokerStars India hosted the 30L GTD INSCOOP Sunday Highroller yesterday. The tournament received a total of 220 entries (135 unique + 85 re-entries). The event fell ₹2.5 Lakhs short of its guarantee. MTT regular Chirag ‘WhyworrY_56’ Sodha claimed the title and top prize of ₹5.40 Lakhs, following a heads-up deal with ‘Poppy369’ (runner-up for ₹4.80 Lakhs).
